Written approval (Return Merchandise Authorization) with Return Authorization Number (in the form of emails) must be
obtained from MYPhotoAccessory.com prior to returning any merchandise for a
MYPhotoAccessory.com reserves the rights to accept or reject the
returning of a merchandise. MYPhotoAccessory.com allows buyer to return FACTORY-SEALED AND UNOPENED
MERCHANDISE, within 7 days of the DELIVERED DATE. Buyer need to inform
MYPhotoAccessory.com at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the
DELIVERED DATE (as indicated in PosLaju tracking system), applying for a return.
Once the return is approved, buyer need to ship the merchandise back to
MYPhotoAccessory.com at his/her cost, within 7 days after obtaining the Return
Merchandise Authorization. Buyer hold the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the LOST/DAMAGE
merchandise, MYPhotoAccessory.com advise buyer to use insured courier (PosLaju,
Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.).
All return (NOT due to faulty, damage or defective merchandise) will be
subjected to restocking fee of 10% + Shipping Cost.
Refund will be processed & credited to buyer designated bank account, within 7
days after we have received the returned merchandise.

distributor. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the
manufacturer in the case of faulty, damage or defective merchandise discovered
within 7 days of the delivered dates, we offer ONE-TO-ONE exchange (subject to
availability of stock; within 7 days of the delivered date), if :
- The product has an actual manufacturers defect.
- The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and resellable condition.
- The product must be returned within seven (7) days of the delivered date (as indicated in PosLaju tracking system).
- Buyer need to inform MYPhotoAccessory.com at email@example.com
within 7 days of the delivered dates. MYPhotoAccessory.com will bear the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damage or defective merchandise discovered after 7 days of the
delivered dates, buyer will have to ship the product to MYPhotoAccessory.com for
normal warranty claim at his/her own cost.
