Shipping & Handling

Shipping within Malaysia

We ship to virtually any address in Malaysia and certain countries internationally, except PO BOX. All shipments are shipped using POSLAJU national express courier (a.k.a Expedited Mail Service (EMS) internationally) which normally are traceable after 24 hours being shipped.

International Shipping

For international buyer outside Malaysia, please Contact Us before making payment. We will calculate the shipping cost and revert to you.

Domestic Calculating Cost

We offer FREE domestic (Malaysia, inclusive Sabah and Sarawak) delivery for purchase of RM50 and above. For purchase below RM50 within Malaysia, the system will automatic calculate shipping charges according to the delivery address at checkout. Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of courier service, all weights are rounded up to the next 0.5kg and volumetric weight is used for large items. Package weight is listed under product details page.

Delivery Time

For domestic shipment, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business day. Our products are ready stock and will be shipped same business day* within Malaysia, provided payment or transaction is made before 12pm daily (business day*). For payment after 12pm, shipment will be next business day*. Shipping to rural areas or remote island may require additional 1-2 business days.

For international shipment, estimated delivery time is 3-5 business day after PayPal payment clearance.

Shipping Insurance

For domestic shipment, all parcels shipped out are fully insured and under MY Photo Accessory responsibility. Domestic customers DO NOT need to make any special request on shipping insurance.

For international shipment, shipping insurance is not covered.

Shipment Tracking

Once the parcel is shipped out, an email from MY Photo Accessory subjected "Your Purchase Order Status Update" with PosLaju/EMS tracking link #ENXXXXXXXXMY will be sent to your mailbox.

Note : POSLAJU/EMS tracking is traceable after 24 hours shipped.

Please follow below PosLaju/EMS link to track the parcel:

If the parcel did not arrive after the expected arrival time*, please call POSLAJU Customer Service Centre (or POSLINE) at 1-300-300-300 (Operating Hours : 8.30 am to 9.30 pm, Monday to Saturday) and provide the consignment number for assistants. You may also call your nearest POSLAJU branch to enquire your parcel.

*Business days - Monday to Friday, exclude Malaysia public holidays.
*Expected arrival time - After 2 working days (domestic shipment) and 5 working days (international shipment) after the product have been shipped out. Product shipped out date please refer to "Your Purchase Order Status Update" notification email.
