Q1 : Does MYPhotoAccessory.com have physical store?
No, our business model is online retailing. Purchase order is placed online through our online store. We will ship immediately after payment clearance, through PosLaju.
Q2 : Does the product have ready stock that can be shipped instantly after payment clearance?
Available stock quantity is updated on the product page. If you wish to double confirm, please contact us before making payment.
Q3 : Must I register in order to purchase through MYPhotoAccessory.com website? Can I pay via offline banking transfer without going through website?
We do offer options for offline purchases even though we do not encourage it. Purchasing online via website offers better protection for the buyers as our system will retain a transaction record. Buyers also have the right to raise up any dispute arises to the the 3rd party payment gateway, if there is any.
Q4 : What is the best price? Is the price still negotiable?
Pricing of the products shall be as stipulated in the official price lists published by MYPhotoAccessory.com at the date of placement of orders by customer. The published price is already the best price. We always strive to provide the lowest and fairest price to our customers.
Q5 : How soon will my purchased item(s) being processed? When can I receive my purchased product(s)?
Your orders will be processed daily from Monday to Friday (Business Day) upon payment clearance. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays (Malaysia) will be processed on the following business day.
If payment clearance done before 12pm (Monday-Friday, except Public Holiday), your purchased item(s) will be shipped out on the same day.
Using PosLaju service, you should be able to receive your purchased items the day after the item(s) is shipped, unless the destination is located in remote island, highlands or secluded areas.

Q6 : Is there any extra shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak?
For product purchase above RM50, FREE shipping within Malaysia (including Sabah/Sarawak). For product purchase below RM50, shipping cost will be imposed based on the product weight and zones.
Q7 : How should I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?
Purchase can only be canceled before the purchased item(s) is shipped. If you wish to cancel your purchase, request have to be made within same day as per the date of order made, please call us immediately at +604-6603616 or contact us by quoting your "Order Number : x". However cancellation is NOT allowed after product(s) have been shipped.
